Organize your life; a messy garage will flow over to the rest of your house.

As we go through this crazy mixed up world at a break neck pace, I have found that when our garage is messy it will typically flow into the rest of the house. This chain reaction of clutter bleeds over into all aspects of my families lives. We get more frustrated with each other as we can not find things, or look to run from daily chores as they seem to be insurmountable after the piles mount. The solution is to gather the family, assign tasks, and in the words of Larry the Cable Guy; “Get er done!” The clean garage, clean kitchen, and family area reduces the stress and we seem to have more time together for games or just watching a movie.

Studying the word of God is very similar. I am involved with several different Bible studies. One is my son’s small group or Sunday School. I used to keep the materials in a bag and carry that into the meeting. We found the organizer bible covers and it has helped with keeping all of the material for that class in the Bible Cover. I can grab that individual Bible Cover and take on a family vacation or to work and prepare for the next lesson as time permits.

I am also in a different adult Bible Study that has totally different material. It has been a real blessing keeping the study materials in the different Bible Cover. I know that when I grab the different Bible Cover, it has all of the study guides and home work assignments that we are covering. The other participants in our Bible study have also started getting Bible Covers as they have been also frustrated keeping up with the course materials in one place. The third Bible Cover that I am using is one for my Grandfather’s Bible. I am using that one to study and read during quiet times. Seeing his hand writing and what he underlined has been a comfort to me. He was a very strong Christian and had a dramatic, and positive, influence in my life.
